AdMe Terms & Conditions
1. By subscribing to the free of charge Vodacom AdMe service ("Service") the subscriber ("you") confirm that you are over the age of 16 and consent to receiving advertising messages via SMS, MMS and/or such other bearer as determined by Vodacom AdMe.

2. You consent to Vodacom AdMe using your personal data or profile for the purposes of providing this Service.

3. This Service will be made available to all Vodacom customers over the age of 16.

4. Subscription to this Service entitles you to receive special promotional discounts and free offerings from the associated brand partners on sign up to the service

5. Each brand partner offer can only be redeemed once against each Vodacom AdMe membership.

6. A valid identity document will be required in order to collect and redeem partner offers, and to confirm the identity of the Vodacom AdMe member.

7. This Service may only be used for private non-commercial use and is not for resale.

8. You must have a SMS / MMS-capable handset to subscribe to this Service.

9. Subscribers who do not have MMS-capable handsets may be delivered SMS format advertising

10. To opt in to the service log on via WAP to http://myadme.mobi(data charges will apply when using the WAP Link). Alternatively you can send a free SMS with the word JOIN to 30575. An SMS will be sent to you to confirm you have been subscribed to the Service.

11. You will receive a maximum of 5 (five) campaigns communications per week and no more than 1 (one) a day between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00.

12. You will receive campaigns communications for the duration of your opt in subscription until and unless you unsubscribe

13. If you no longer wish to receivecampaigns communications, you will need to opt out on http://myadme.mobi. Alternatively you can send a free SMS with the word STOP to 30575. An SMS will be sent to you to confirm you have been unsubscribed from the Service

14. Unless otherwise stated, your personal data will not be released to third parties.

General
1. Vodacom AdMe will use all reasonable endeavours to secure the uninterrupted supply of the Service, and we will take all reasonable steps at our expense to correct any error, omission or mistake, but will under no circumstance be liable to you for any error, delay, interception, failure or non-availability of the Service, and you indemnify us against any damage or loss you may sustain as a result of the aforesaid.

2. You further agree to indemnify Vodacom AdMe and to hold us harmless from any loss or damage we may incur by any reason of any breach by you of these terms and conditions.

3. Vodacom AdMe reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. You agree that Vodacom AdMe shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

4. Vodacom AdMe has the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time with the method of notice determined by Vodacom AdMe from time to time.

5. Vodacom AdMe is a service owned and managed by Vodacom (Pty) Ltd.
